She is 16

Today is the big day Stephany turned sweet sixteen. Wow, how did she go from that little high spirited child to an almost grown woman. She amazes us everyday with her confidence, Steve and I are kinda of shy people so we are unsure how we ended up with such an outgoing child. She is also very smart with a bit of ditz thrown in. She is a social butterfly but gets really good grades. Her favorite activity is dance and she is really good at it. Mom and Dad both love that while she definitely likes boys she does not need to have one around all the time. She is just fine being her own person. She can be the best big sister reading to her brother but she can also have some yelling matches with her sister. We love our unique and fun daughter.

Ally received a camera as one of her Christmas gifts this year. She has been taking lots of pictures of many different things. She has a pretty good eye and has taken some nice pictures. On Sunday she had daddy pull over on the side of the road so she could take this picture of the Trinity River. She did a great job and her mommy loves that she is a photographer.
